1/2 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c packed dark brown sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1 1/4 c plus 2 T flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1 1/2 c crushed Butterfinger candy bars
In a bowl blend butter and both sugars. Add egg and vanilla and beat until fluffy. Beat in flour, salt and baking soda. Stir in butterfingers (dough will be sticky). Chill cookie dough for 30 minutes.
Place 1 rounded T of dough on parchment line cookie sheet. (Don’t crowd, cookies will spread). Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes until golden brown. Remove parchment paper with cookies to wire rack to cool. Store in airtight container. Makes approx. 24 cookies.
