17-1/2 ounce package sugar cookie mix
1 box (3.4 ounces) instant butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 c butter, soft
1 egg
14 ounces caramels
1/2 c evaporated milk
2 c mixed nuts
1 t vanilla extract
1 c butterscotch chips
In a large bowl, combine the cookie mix, pudding mix, butter and egg.
Press mixture into a ungreased 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes; until set.
In a saucepan over medium-low heat combine caramels and milk. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla.
Spread over crust; sprinkle butterscotch chips over top.
Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Store in an airtight container.
