1 c butter, softened
1 c sugar
3/4 c light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 T vanilla extract
2 1/2 c flour
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 c milk chocolate chips
In a bowl cream together butter and both sugars with a mixer on medium speed for 3-5 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well to combine. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt, slowly mix flour mixture into butter mixture. Stir in chips.
Spread cookie dough in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper and greased.
Top with a layer of Double Stuffed Oreo’s.
Family Size (9×13) Brownie mix plus ingredients listed on box
1/4 c hot fudge topping
Prepare brownie mix according to directions, add fudge topping to the mix. Pour brownie batter over the Oreo’s.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45-55 minutes. Completely cool before cutting.
If desired serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
