Chocolate Chip Turtle Cookies
Ingredients:
- semi sweet chocolate, divided - 3 ounces
- butter - 1 T
- chocolate chip cookies, baked, cooled - 12
- caramels - 6
- milk - 2 tsp
- pecan halves - 12
Instructions:
Melt together 2 chocolate squares and butter, stir until smooth. Spread onto the cookies, let harden. Melt together the caramels and milk; stir until smooth. Spread caramel in the center of the cookies; top with a pecan half. Melt 1 chocolate square, drizzle chocolate over the pecan and let chocolate set before serving.
