Chocolate Expresso
Ingredients:
- butter - 1/2 cup
- sugar - 1 1/2 cups
- eggs - 2
- espresso, cooled - 3 T
- flour - 2 cups
- unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 cup
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 2 cups
Instructions:
In a bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time, mix. Add espresso; mix everything until well combined. In a second bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, add to wet ingredients; mix well.
Form dough into little balls, roll the balls in the powdered sugar, place on parchment paper lined baking sheets.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8- 10 minutes. Cool, store in an airtight container.
