Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients:
- flaked coconut - 2 1/2 cups
- flour - 3/4 cjup
- salt - 1/8 t
- sweetened condensed milk - 14 ounce can
- almond extract - 1 1/2 t
Instructions:
In a bowl, toss together coconut, flour and salt. Stir in condensed milk and almond extract until blended. (Mixture will be sticky.) Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 18 - 22 minutes until edges are lightly brown. Cool on pan for 2 minutes, remove to wire rack to completely cool. Yield 32 cookies.
