½ c butter, soft
¾ c packed light brown sugar
1 t vanilla extract
2 c flour
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 c mini chocolate chips
½ c creamy or chunky peanut butter
½ c milk chocolate chips
In a bowl, mix together butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and beat until combined.
Add flour alternating with the sweetened condensed milk until combined. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
Press the cookie dough into a foil lined 8×8 inch pan. Dough will be sticky, if needed lightly flour your hand.
Cover and refrigerate overnight until firm.
For topping, melt together the peanut butter and ½ cup chocolate chips, stir. Spread on chilled dough and
refrigerate until firm.
