1 package devil’s food cake mix
1/2 c margarine, softened
1 c butterscotch chips
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c white chocolate chips
1 c Heath English toffee bits
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 c nuts, optional
In bowl, combine cake mix and margarine; with pastry blender, cut in margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle butterscotch, chocolate, white chocolate and Heath bits over top. Evenly pour sweetened condensed milk over all ingredients. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 – 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely. If desired serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
