Double Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients:
- butter, melted - 8 T
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 cups
- powdered sugar - 1 1/4 cups
- creamy peanut butter, divided - 3/4 cup plus 2 T
- white chocolate chips - 1 cup
Instructions:
Line a 13 x 9 inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray; set aside.
In a bowl, add butter, cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and 3/4 cup peanut butter, mix by hand until combined. Press firmly into prepared pan.
Melt together white chocolate chips and 2 T peanut butter, stir until melted and smooth. Spread evenly over bars.
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour to set. Slice bars at room temperature (so chocolate doesn’t shatter.)
Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
