Gooey Monster Cookies
Ingredients:
- white cake mix - 1 box
- butter, soft - 1/2 cup
- vanilla extract - 1/2 t
- cream cheese, soft - 8 ounces
- egg - 1
- powdered sugar -
- food coloring -
- candy eyeballs -
Instructions:
In a bowl beat butter, vanilla, egg and cream cheese until fluffy, mix in dry cake mix. Divide batter into 3 - 4 bowls add a different food color (green, blue, yellow, etc) to each bowl, mix until combined. Cover and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Form dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
Place on greased cookie sheet and pat down. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 - 12 minutes. Press 5 - 6 candy eyeballs into each warm cookie.
