1/4 c butter
1/4 c honey
1/3 c packed brown sugar
2 c quick cooking oats
1 c Rice Krispies cereal
1/2 t vanilla
2 T mini chocolate chips
In a bowl, stir oats and cereal together. Set aside.
In a sauce pan over med high heat, melt butter, honey and brown sugar together till it begins to boil. Reduce heat and cook 2 minutes. Add vanilla and stir. Pour over cereal ingredients and mix well to moisten.
Pour into lightly greased 9×13 inch pan and firmly press. Sprinkle chocolate chips and press down lightly. Let cool at room temperature before cutting into bars. Wrap in plastic wrap, store at room temperature.
