1/2 c margarine (softened)
2/3 c sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c plus 2 T flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c macadamia nuts (chopped)
1 c white baking chips
In a large bowl, cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda, gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in nut and chips.
Drop by rounded tsp 2 inches apart onto ungrease baking sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min.
