Mint Truffles
Ingredients:
- Grasshopper Mint Chocolate Cookies - 1 package
- cream cheese - 4 ounces
- almond bark - 1 package, seperated
- mint green food coloring -
Instructions:
In a food processor crush the cookies, add cream cheese, pulse until moist. Form dough into teaspoon size balls. Melt almond bark per directions, reserve 1/4 c for garnish. Add food coloring to the remaining dough. Dip balls into colored bark, place on parchment paper to harden. Drizzle reserved bark over truffles. (If necessary melt white bark again.)
