2 c crushed graham crackers
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter, melted
2 T cocoa powder
2 egg whites
1 c coconut
1/2 c chopped walnuts
In a bowl, stir all ingredients together. Press firmly into a 7×11 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper, (use a piece of parchment paper about 7×16 inches). The extra paper will allow you to lift the bars out of the pan when ready to cut. Place in freezer for 20-30 minutes.
2 c powdered sugar
4 T butter, softened
1/4 c heavy whipping cream
2 T custard powder
1/2 t vanilla extract
In a bowl, beat all ingredients together until light colored and airy.
Remove bars from the freezer, spread custard evenly over top of the first layer, return bars back to the freezer.
2/3 c semi sweet chocolate chips
4 T butter
Melt chocolate chips and butter together, stir until smooth, spread over chilled custard layer.
Place in refrigerator until chocolate is set.
Lift the bars out of the baking dish. Cut into bars. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
