No Bake Coconut Pecan
Ingredients:
- sugar - 2 1/2 cups
- evaporated milk - 1/2 cup
- corn syrup - 1/2 cup
- buttter - 1/2 cup
- vanilla - 1 t
- chopped pecans - 2 1/2 cups
- shredded coconut - 2 cups
Instructions:
In a saucepan combine evaporated milk, corn syrup, sugar and butter, bring to a boil over medium high heat; to soft ball stage.
Remove pan from heat, stir in vanilla, coconut and pecans, stir for about 5 minutes until mixture starts to cool and thicken.
Place tablespoon sized mounds on wax paper and cool.
