Oatmeal No Bake Bars
Ingredients:
- natural peanut butter - 1 cup
- honey - 2/3 cup
- coconut oil - 1/2 cup
- old fashion rolled oats - 2 cups
- dark chocolate chips - 1 cup
- craisens - 3/4 cup
- almond extract - 1/2 t
Instructions:
In a saucepan melt together peanut butter, honey and coconut oil. Remove from heat stir in remaining ingredients, spread evenly into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Let bars set up for 2 - 3 hours before cutting.
