Peanut Butter Cup S’mores Bars
Ingredients:
- yellow cake mix - 1 box
- Ritz crackers - 2 sleeves
- egg - 1
- butter, softened - 1/2 cup
- mashmallow creme - 7 ounce jar
- sweetened condensed milk - 14 ounce jar
- mini Reese's peanut butter cups - 16 ounces
Instructions:
In a bowl, beat cake mix, butter and egg into a firm dough, press dough in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking pan lined with foil and sprayed with cooking oil. Top with a layer of Ritz crackers.
Mix together marshmallow creme and sweetened condensed milk until fully combined, pour evenly over the crackers. Top with peanut butter cups and one sleeve crushed Ritz crackers.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool completely in the pan before cutting. Bars will be very gooey when warm, but will set up once cooled.
