Peanut Butter S’more Bars
Ingredients:
- refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough - 30 ounce package
- Hershey candy bar - 16 ounces
- creamy peanut butter - 1 cup
- graham cracker crumbs - 1/2 cup
- marshmallow creme - 7 ounces
Instructions:
Press a little more than half the cookie dough into a 8 x 8 inch greased pan. Lay candy bars on top of the dough. Spread peanut butter over the candy bars. Sprinkle on cracker crumbs. Carefully spread marshmallow creme over crumbs. Flatten remaining cookie dough and lay on top of the marshmallow creme.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden. DO NOT overbake. Cool at room temperature, place in refrigerator until cold.
Cut into bars. If desired drizzle melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the bars.
