1 box yellow cake mix with pudding added
1/2 c butter, soft
1 egg
Combine cake mix and butter in bowl. Beat on low speed until well mixed. Add egg, continue beating until well mixed.
Press into a ungreased 15×10 inch pan. Bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove from oven.
Immediately sprinkle 3 c miniature marshmallows over hot crust. Return to oven, continue baking 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows puff.
1/2 c light corn syrup
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
2 t vanilla
2 c Rice Krispies cereal
2 c salted peanuts
1 c candy corn
In a sauce pan combine corn syrup, sugar and brown sugar and cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and vanilla stir until smooth. Stir in cereal, peanuts and candy corn.
Spoon over marshmallows; spread to cover. Cool and cut into bars.
