Pecan Sandies
Ingredients:
- flour - 3 cups
- baking soda - 1/2 t
- butter, soft - 1 1/3 cups
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- salt - 1 t
- vanilla - 1 t
- egg - 1
- chopped pecans - 3/4 cup
- butterscotch chips - 2 cups
Instructions:
In a bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, salt and vanilla until fluffy. Add egg, mix. Slowly add flour and baking soda until combined. Stir in pecans and chips.
Shape into small balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheets, flatten balls to 1/4 inch.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 8 - 10 minutes.
