Pecan Shortbread
Ingredients:
- butter, soft - 1 cup
- powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
- vanilla - 1 t
- flour - 2 cups
- salt - 1/4 t
- finely chopped pecans - 3/4 cup
- toffee bits - 3/4 cup
Instructions:
In a bowl, cream together butter and powered sugar together until smooth. Beat in vanilla, stir in flour and salt until combined. Stir in pecans and toffee bits.
Form into small balls and place on baking pans lined with parchment paper. Flatten slightly.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12 - 15 minutes.
