1 box Pineapple cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c olive oil
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 c sugar
2 T crushed pineapple with juice
In a bowl mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, and oil until crumbly; reserve 1 1/4 c.
Lightly press mixture into an ungreased 7×9 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
In a bowl beat cream cheese, 1 egg, sugar and crushed pineapple until smooth.
Spread over baked layer and sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over top.
Bake for 13 minutes.
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour, cut into bars and serve cold.
