1 box fudge brownies (for a 9×13 pan) plus ingredients listed on the box
3 c pretzels
jar caramel ice cream topping
coarse sea salt
Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions.
Pour 1/3 of the brownie batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan. Spread to evenly coated bottom of pan. Add two even layers of pretzels, cover entire surface. Carefully spoon remaining brownie batter on top to cover the pretzels.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the middle of the brownies comes out clean. Remove and place on wire rack to cool.
Spoon caramel topping over the top of the brownies in an even layer. Sprinkle sea salt over the caramel.
If desired serve warm with a dip of ice cream.
