Roasted Nut and Chocolate Bars
Ingredients:
- graham crackers, crushed fine - 18 whole
- butter, melted, cooled slightly - 1/2 cup
- Kosher salt - 1/4 tsp
- semisweet chocolate chopped - 6 ounces
- roasted nuts, coarsely chopped - 1 cup
- coconut - 1 cup
- cornflakes - 1 cup
- sweetened condensed milk - 14 ounce can
- flaky sea salt -
Instructions:
Lightly coat a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with nonstick spray, line with parchment paper, coat parchment with nonstick spray.
In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, butter and kosher salt. Press mixture into bottom of prepared baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate, nuts, coconut and cornflakes over crust. Pour condensed milk evenly over top.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Place on cooling rack, immediately sprinkle bars with sea salt; cool before cutting. Store covered at room temperature.
