Rocky Road Bites
Ingredients:
- sugar - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 4 T
- milk - 1/2 c
- peanut butter - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 T
- oatmeal - 3 c
- mini marshmallows - 2 1/2 c
- chopped peanuts - 1 c
- chocolate chips - 1 c
Instructions:
In saucepan, combine sugar, butter, cocoa and milk bring to a boil and boil for one minute, add peanut butter and vanilla, stir until combined. Remove from heat. Stir in oatmeal, marshmallows, nuts and chocolate chips. Scoop dough with a large cookie scoop; place on wax paper until cool.
