S’more Bars
Ingredients:
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 cups
- packed brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- butter, melted - 8 T
- Hershey candy bar, broken into squares - 7 ounces
- marshmallow creme - 2 cups
- chocolate sandwich cookies, (Oreo's, etc.) - 20
- Nutella - 13 ounces
- milk chocolate chips - 2 cups
- sweetened condensed milk - 1 can
- mini marshmallows - 2 cups
Instructions:
In a bowl stir together cracker crumbs and brown sugar, add butter and use a fork to combine well. Press the crumbs in a 9 x 13 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
Lay chocolate on the crust evenly spaced apart. Place a teaspoon of marshmallow creme on each square, if there's any marshmallow creme left just drop teaspoonfuls of it in the empty spaces. Lay cookies on marshmallow creme, evenly spaced apart and spread a teaspoon of nutella over each cookie, any remaining nutella drop in empty spaces. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Drop spoonfuls of sweetened condensed milk all over the top.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, cool 10 minutes. Scatter marshmallows evenly over top and place pan on the middle rack of the oven for 20 - 40 seconds to brown marshmallows. WATCH CAREFULLY.
Cool thoroughly, chill for 1 - 2 hours. Lift bars out of pan and cut into squares. To cut use a large knife dipped in hot water and wipe knife clean after each cut.
