Smore Bites
Ingredients:
- butter - 3 T
- marshmallows - 10 ounce bag
- rice crisp cereal - 6 cups
- semi sweet chocolate chips, melted - 1 cup
- graham crackers - 7 1/2 whole
- marshmallow creme - 1 cup
Instructions:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add marshmallows and melt, stirring, until smooth, 2 minutes; remove from heat, stir in cereal; mix well. Press half of the mixture in a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread melted chips over cereal. Lay a single layer of graham crackers over chocolate, break crackers as needed to fit; spread creme over crackers. Spread remaining cereal over creme; press lightly to cement layers together. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting.
