Tiramisu Brownies
Ingredients:
- brownie mix - 1 box
- oil - 1/2 c
- egg - 1
- brewed coffee - 1/2 c
- cream cheese - 8 ounces
- marscapone cheese - 8 ounces
- sugar - 3 T
- cocoa powder - for dusting
Instructions:
In a bowl mix together brownie mix, oil, egg and 1/4 coffee. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven per package directions. With a toothpick poke holes in the baked brownies, pour 1/4 c coffee over top. Let cool for 1 hour. In a bowl combine cream cheese, mascarpone and sugar, spread over cooled brownies. Dust with cocoa powder. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
