Tiramisu Cookie Balls
Ingredients:
- cream cheese, soft - 8 ounces
- vanilla wafers, crushed - 2 cups
- Maxwell House International Vienna Cafe, divided - 3 T
- white chocolate, melted - 12 ounces
- semi sweet chocolate, melted - 2 ounces
Instructions:
In a bowl, blend together cream cheese, cookie crumbs and 1 T coffee powder. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Melt white chocolate, stir in 2 T coffee powder. Dip balls in white chocolate mixture; place in single layer on parchment paper lined pan. Drizzle chocolate over the top. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour or until firm. Store covered in the refrigerator. (Best eaten cold) Yield 36
