White Chocolate S’mores Bars
Ingredients:
- yellow cake mix - 1 box
- egg - 1
- butter, softened - 1/2 cup
- graham crackers - 4 1/2 whole
- white chocolate chips - 10 ounce bag
- mini marshmallows - 2 cups
- sweetened condensed milk - 1/2 cup
Instructions:
In a bowl combine by cake mix, butter and egg until dough forms. Press 1/2 of dough into a greased foil lined 8 x 8 inch pan (make sure foil is over the edges of the pan). Place a layer of graham crackers, chips and marshmallows oveer dough. Evenly press remaining dough on top. Drizzle milk over dough. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 28 - 33 minutes until top is golden brown. Remove from oven, cool for 5 minutes, run a plastic knife around the edges to loosen marshmallow. Cool completely, remove bars from the pan with foil edges. Slice into squares and serve room temperature or chilled.
