pastry for single-crust pie (9 inches)
2/3 c sugar
3 T flour
1 t ground Cinnamon
4 medium apples, peeled and diced into 1/4 inch pieces
Roll pastry to fit a 12 inch pizza pan; fold under edges to give the pizza a bit of a raised crust. In a bowl combine sugar, flour and cinnamon; add peeled, diced apples and toss. Completely cover crust with a single layer of apples.
1/2 c flour
1/3 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c old-fashioned rolled oats
1 t ground cinnamon
1/4 c butter, soft
In a bowl combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and butter, mix well. Sprinkle topping evenly over apples.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until apples are tender.
Remove from oven, immediately drizzle with 1/2 c caramel ice cream topping.
Serve warm with ice cream
