2 T sugar
2 t cinnamon
16 wrappers, defrost if frozen
5 T chocolate hazelnut spread
1 banana
2 T butter, melted
In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together with a fork until combined well. Lay wrappers on a clean work surface. Place 1 t hazelnut spread in the center of each wrapper. Cut the banana into very thin slices and place 2 slices on top of the hazelnut spread.
Moisten the edges of a wonton wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper in half diagonally, forming a triangle. Press all edges well with your fingers to seal. Repeat with the remaining wontons. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Lightly brush the top of the wontons with melted butter, sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until crisp and lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute before serving.
