Brownie Bowls
Ingredients:
- brownie mix - 1 box plus ingredients listed on box
- ice cream topping of choice -
- whipped cream, nuts, maraschino cherry - to desired taste
Instructions:
Prepare brownie mix per directions on package. Coat the cups of a muffin tin with cooking spray, fill 2/3 full with brownie batter.
Coat the bottom of a second muffin tin with cooking spray, place on top of the brownie batter. (Brownies will form a bowl.) Bake as directed on package.
Completely cool, place a dip of ice cream in the brownie bowl, top with ice cream topping of choice. Garnish with whipped cream, nuts and a maraschino cherry or to your desired taste.
