Brownie Caramel Cups
Ingredients:
- brownie mix, plus ingredients listed on box - 1 box
- caramel ice cream topping - 1/2 cup
- chocolate chips - 2 cups
- Cool Whip - 8 ounce tub
Instructions:
Prepare brownies per directions on box. Place 1 t of batter in each greased well of a mini muffin tins. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12 minutes, cool in the pans for 10 minutes, press indention in the center of each brownie, let set for 2 minutes. Carefully remove, place on wire rack to cool completely.
Melt chocolate chips until smooth, beat with a mixer for 1 minute, add Cool Whip, beat for 1 minute. Spoon a little caramel into brownie cups, pipe chocolate over caramel. Cover, store in the refrigerator.
