Brownie Pudding Dessert
Ingredients:
- brownie mix plus ingredients listed on box - 1 bos
- egg - 1
- cream cheese, soft - 8 ounces
- powdered sugar - 1 cup
- Cool Whip, thawed - 16 ounces
- instant chocolate pudding - 3 ounce box
- instant vanilla pudding - 3 ounce box
- milk - 3 1/2 cups
- chocolate shavings OR chocolate syrup - for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare brownie mix per package directions, add egg. Bake as directed on package in a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Place on wire rack to cool.
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 8 ounces Cool Whip, spread over the top of cooled brownies.
In a bowl, blend together pudding mixes and milk; spread over cream cheese mixture.
Spread 8 ounces Cool Whip over pudding mixture. Sprinkle chocolate shavings or chocolate syrup over top of cool whip.
Store covered in the refrigerator.
