Cherry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 1/4 cups
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- butter, melted - 1/3 cup
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces
- Cool Whip, thawed - 8 ounce container
- sweetened condensed milk - 1 can
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- cherry pie filling - 2 cans
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together graham crackers, ¼ sugar and butter. Press mixture into a 13 x 9 inch pan; place in refrigerator to chill.
In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, condensed milk and ¼ cup sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and lemon juice. Evenly spread cheese mixture over graham cracker crust. Spoon pie filling over cheese mixture. Cover and place in refrigerator to chill.
