2 1/2 cups Rice Chex (crushed)
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts (opt)
1/2 cup plus 3 T margarine (melted)
Combine ingredients and spread 3/4 of mixture in 9×13 inch pan.
Filling –
8 ounce carton Cool Whip
8 ounce package cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Combine filling ingredients and spread over crust.
Pour 1 can of cherry or blueberry pie filling over top and sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
Refrigerate.
