15 frozen mini Phyllo Shells, thawed
2 oz Marscapone cheese
2/3 c Ricotta cheese
3 T powdered sugar
¼ t vanilla
pinch of cinnamon (a little goes a long way!)
1/3 c mini chocolate chips, divided
In a bowl, combine marscapone, ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon, thoroughly mix together. Set aside a small amount of chocolate chips for topping and stir remainder into cheese mixture.
Spoon filling into the phyllo shells. Sprinkle reserved chocolate chips over the filling; serve immediately.
