Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans
Ingredients:
- semi sweet chocolate chips - 2/3 cup
- shortening - 1 1/2 t
- coffee beans - 1/2 cup
Instructions:
Melt chocolate chips and shortening together; stir until smooth. Dip coffee beans in chocolate; let excess chocolate drip off. Place on waxed paper; let stand for 10-15 minutes until set. Store in airtight container. Serve as a snack or garnish a dessert.
