Cookie Dough filled Cannolis
Ingredients:
- butter, softened - 3/4 cup
- brown sugar - 3/4 cup
- sugar - 1/4 cup
- vanilla - 2 t
- milk - 2 T
- flour - 1 1/2 cups
- mini chocolate chips - 1 cup
- premade cannoli shells - 10
- powdered sugar for dusting, -
Instructions:
Beat the butter, brown sugar and sugar together until creamy. Add vanilla and milk and beat to combine. Gradually add flour, until the dough has come together and is soft, yet still slightly stiff enough to stand up. Stir in ½ cup chocolate chips.
Pipe filling into each of the cannoli shells. Sprinkle the ends of the shell with remaining chocolate chips. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately; shells get soft if made to far in advance.
