Drumstick Ice Cream Dessert
Ingredients:
- brownie mix plus ingredients listed on box - 1 box (family size) for 13 x 9 inch pan
- salted peanuts - 3/4 cup
- Mrs. Richardson's caramel ice cream topping - 3/4 cup
- hot fudge ice cream topping - 3/4 cup
- waffle cone, broken into pieces, divided - 6
- vanilla ice cream, softened - 1/2 gallon
Instructions:
Prepare brownie mix per direction on box in a 13 × 9 inch greased pan. Remove from oven, completely cool brownies. Sprinkle half of the waffle pieces over the brownies. Gently spread ice cream over the waffle cone pieces. topped brownies. Sprinkle peanuts over ice cream. Sprinkle remaining waffle pieces over peanuts. Drizzle caramel over the peanuts. (If needed warm caramel) Warm the hot fudge, drizzle over caramel. Lightly cover with plastic wrap. Place in the freezer for 3 - 4 hours to harden.
