Easy Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- Double Chocolate Brownie Mix - 1 box for 8 x 8 inch pan
- water - 1/3 cup
- vegetable oil - 1/3 cup
- egg - 1
- cream cheese, softened - 16 ounces
- sugar - 1 cup
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- heavy cream - 3/4 cup
- mini chocolate chips - 1 cup
Instructions:
In a bowl, thoroughly combine brownie mix, water, oil and egg. Spread batter evenly in a lightly greased 9 inch spring form pan.
Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 45 - 50 minutes or until a pick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely in pan.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together with mixer on medium speed; mix in vanilla. With a whisk attachment, beat heavy cream at medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Gently stir in chocolate chips.
Evenly spread filling in cooled crust. Cover, place in refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving
