Easy Pineapple Dessert
Ingredients:
- crushed pineapple - 20 ounce can
- instant vanilla pudding - 3.4 ounce box
- cool whip, thawed - 1 cup plus more for serving
- maraschino cherries - garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together pineapple and dry pudding mix. Gently fold in whipped topping. Spoon into individual serving dishes or glasses. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
To serve -- top each serving with a dollop of cool whip, garnish with a maraschino cherry.
