Eclairs in a Jar
Ingredients:
- graham crackers, brake into small pieces - 1 - 2 sleeves
- instant French pudding - 2 - 3 1/4 ounce boxes
- milk - 3 1/2 cups
- Cool Whip, thawed - 8 ounce container
- chocolate frosting - 1 tub
Instructions:
Place graham crackers in bottom of half pint jars. In a bowl combine pudding mix and milk, beat for 2 minutes, fold in Cool Whip. Fill jars 2/3 - 3/4 full. Cover with a layer of graham crackers. Spread a thick layer of frosting over the graham crackers to the rim of the jar. Place in refrigerator for 8 hours.
