Fruit Flautas
Ingredients:
- pie filling, cherry, peach, apple, blueberry, etc - 21 ounce can
- flour tortillas - 6 - 8 inch
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 cup
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- water - 1/2 cup
Instructions:
Spoon 1/4 cup of pie filling evenly down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon; roll up, tucking in edges; place seam side down in a buttered 11 x 7 inch baking dish.
In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Pour sauce over Flautas and let stand 45 minutes.
Bake in a preheateed 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until golden.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
