4 ounces unsalted butter
1 ½ squares unsweetened baking chocolate (1.5 ounces)
1 c sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 t vanilla extract
¼ c flour
2 T milk
Butter an 8-inch diameter glass pie pan
Melt butter and chocolate, let cool
Mix sugar into beaten eggs, blend well
Add butter-chocolate mixture, blend in
Add vanilla and milk, stir well
Fold in flour, mix well but do not overbeat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream and chopped nuts sprinkled on top. This dessert will be soft
