Layered Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert
Ingredients:
- cream cheese, softened - 16 ounces
- peanut butter - 1 1/2 cups
- powdered sugar - 1 cup
- heavy cream - 1 cup
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Cool Whip, thawed - 16 ounces
- chocolate graham crackers - 14 ounce box
- mini Reese's cups, chopped - 12 ounces
- chopped cocktail peanuts - 3/4 cup
- Cool Whip, thawed - 8 ounces
- chocolate chips - 1 cup
- heavy cream - 1/3 cup
Instructions:
In a bowl, cream together the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream and vanilla. Whip for 2 - 3 minutes. (Mixture will be thick.) Add 16 ounces Cool Whip, mix until light and fluffy.
Mix together peanut butter cups and nuts.
In a 15 x 10 inch baking pan begin layering. First layer graham crackers, 1/3 of cream cheese filling, 1/2 of candy nut mixture, layer of graham crackers, 1/3 of cream cheese filling, layer graham crackers, 1/3 of cream cheese filling.
Spread 8 ounces Cool Whip over top. Sprinkle remaining candy/nut mixture over top. Melt 1 c chocolate chips with 1/3 c heavy cream, cool slightly, drizzle over top of dessert. Place in refrigerator for 4 - 6 hours before serving.
