Layered Oreo Dessert
Ingredients:
- Oreo double stuff cookies - 15 ounce package
- butter, melted, cooled - 1/2 cup
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces
- powdered sugar - 1 cup
- Cool Whip, thawed, divided - 16 ounces
- instant chocolate pudding - 5 ounce box
- milk - 3 cups
- carmel ice cream topping - for garnish
- Heath Bar pieces - for garnish
Instructions:
Place cookies in a zip lock bag and crush cookies into chunks, add butter; mix. Place in a trifle bowl, 13 x 9 inch dish OR individual dessert dishes.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, add powdered sugar, beat until smooth. Stir in 8 ounces Cool Whip, spread over Oreo crust.
In a bowl, mix together pudding mix and milk, for 2 - 3 minutes until thick. Let sit for 5 minutes to firm up. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread 8 ounces Cool Whip over pudding mixture.
Drizzle caramel ice cream topping over the top, sprinkle top with Heath bar pieces.
