12 Oreo cookies
8 ounce package cream cheese, soft
1/2 c sugar
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips
2 t shortening
Take cookies apart, keep filling on one cookie. Line muffin pans with foil baking cups.
Place Oreo in foil cups, filling side up. Set aside.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Beat in eggs until well mixed. Spoon cheese mixture on top of Oreos.
Crush remaining Oreos and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
Bake, uncovered, in 325 degree oven for 25 minutes or until set. Cool.
In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and shortening over low heat, stir frequently. Drizzle over cheesecakes. Cover and chill.
