Mini Fruit Pizza
Ingredients:
- refrigerated sugar cookie dough - 1 package
- marshmallow creme - 13 ounce jar
- cream cheese, room temperature - 8 ounces
- assorted fresh fruit of choice -
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine marshmallow creme and cream cheese until blended and smooth.
Spread mixture on top of cooled cookies. Top each cookie with a variety of fresh fruit (2 - 3 per cookie) of choice such as kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, bananas, pineapple, etc. Serve.
